Thirty years, then something new
Jamie spent more than 30 years working and running a warehouse. He wanted work he was passionate about — the kind where you get a real sense of accomplishment from every finished project — and more say in how each job gets done.
So in 2026 he started Nelson Lawn Care and Landscaping: a family business serving Clarksville and the surrounding area, licensed and insured from day one.
Family on every job
Jamie works alongside his son, and he oversees every job personally so he can make sure you're happy with it. Before the first visit, he'll listen to what you expect and be clear about what's included.
After that, you'll hear from us: a heads-up on start times, an update when the work is done, and photos so you can see it even if you weren't home.
More than mowing
We started with lawn care and grew into the exterior work customers kept asking for: landscaping and flower bed rebuilds, mulching and gravel, retaining walls and sod, overgrown yard cleanups and haul-offs, pressure washing houses, driveways, walkways and decks, and staining or painting decks and fences.
